Megarelax is a magnesium supplement combining a high dose of magnesium with vitamin B6 and folic acid, supplied as 30 capsules. Each capsule delivers 650 mg magnesium, 2 mg vitamin B6, and 200 mcg folic acid.

What These Nutrients Do
